"Our HOA consist of 196 homes, and we were under a landscape contract with a major vendor for proper, and expected, upkeep. The board then voted to cancel the existing contract due to countless faults and flaws, and we began the RFP process. In the end, we contracted the Exclusive Team to take over this HOA from its previous landscape vendor.

The switch took place on November 1st, 2024, and within 60 Days (Dec 31st), the results were an unbelievable difference. But, what we were really anxious to see, was consistency in making sure they kept it up. Now, we near 120 Days of Service, and the property looks even better, and the consistency has remained. We look forward to the 1st Spring and Summer Season under contract with Exclusive, as this is when the property is in full bloom and full scope of the contract. "I manage an all-inclusive community, which is a 346 home, maintenance free community. When I first took over there were over 400+ open tickets from the prior company, our management company had to hire an assistant dedicated to responding only to the landscaping tickets. They were terminated and Exclusive started January 1st. It has been night and day since they took over. They did in 2 months what the prior company could not do in years of service. The owners have nothing but compliments for Exclusive and they have made my job immensely easier. As a property manager, one of the most important things is having reliable and responsible vendors and I cannot say enough good things about our General Manager and his team at Exclusive. I have already had them draft proposals for several of my other communities and it has truly been the best decision. I just took over management of another community serviced by Exclusive, and  was so happy to find out that they service this community as well.
